About the event
It's a celebration! Another epic TNT class will be going down on September 13th for my birthday. Same format, one big class with two parts.
The first half
7:30-8:30 PM Twerk Basics
- This session will teach or perfect your twerk moves. I will be breaking down 5-6 different moves and showing you what muscles to contract and release to improve your twerk.
8:30-9:30 PM Twerk Choreo
-Let's get ratchet and learn some 8 counts. We will break down the routine in 8 counts and then perform as small groups at the end.
Don't forget every time you hear the TNT Anthem by LMFAO.... you know what to do!
