Oh my gosh we're back at it again! Another epic TNT class will be going down on August 9th. It's the "Tennis Skirt" Edition, so come with your tennis skirts, booty shorts and knee pads. This time we are doing 1 big class but broken in two parts...
Two classes to register for:
7:30-8:30 PM Twerk Basics
- This session will teach or perfect your twerk moves. I will be breaking down 5-6 different moves and showing you what muscles to contract and release to improve your twerk.
8:30-9:30 PM Twerk Choreo
-Let's get ratchet and learn some 8 counts. We will break down the routine in 8 counts and then perform as small groups at the end.
